Beach Workout : Part 2


I endure the pain, because I know it is only for a short while.



oday’s run was slightly tougher than yesterday, the sun came out a bit earlier so that meant me constantly squinting my eyes and the weather was very humid that made the air quite heavy to breathe.

Back in the days when I used to run every morning I would wake up at 4 am to start my run at 5 am and by 6 am I was done. It has been a while since I woke up that early, so getting that energy back might take me some time (I love my sleep guys😄).



Speaking of energy let’s talk about my record today. Quite happy with my pace, I ran slightly faster than yesterday (7:26 km/hr vs 8:15 km/hr). The distance was longer today (6.15 km vs 4.62 km) so the challenge felt great. This improvement for me is encouraging because it means I am moving at a good pace towards my target (to run 10 km at a pace of 5 km/hr).



With that said, Im looking forward to running tomorrow again!.

Oh yes!, I bumped into some camels, how awesome is that! 😄.
